A website is your company's virtual business card

Websites

The source code of the websites I create is written by me

We are living in the age of content management systems, which have significantly sped up and simplified website creation. These systems are excellent and offer numerous great opportunities, but due to their ease of use, more and more people are creating websites without proper technical knowledge. While such websites may look good and function well for a long time, over time issues may arise that will affect the client. Many of these potential problems can be avoided with regular maintenance of these websites, but that would certainly come with additional costs.

For these reasons, I prefer to program the websites myself, even if it takes more time, so that I can provide my clients with a reliable and unique solution that will function properly even years later, without the need for constant maintenance costs.
- I believe in customer-focused solutions

When designing a website, I create a design and page structure that perfectly aligns with the style and needs of the business. In contrast, websites pieced together with content management systems often limit design possibilities, making it more difficult to meet unique requirements. A well-written website places low demands on the server, resulting in faster load times and better performance. On the other hand, sites created with online editors often contain unnecessary code, which can slow down the site and negatively affect SEO, which is crucial for attracting customers.

Webshops

For webshops, I recommend an off the shelf solution

Unlike classic company presentation websites, webshops are significantly more complex systems with multi-layered architectures. The time and resource requirements for building such systems are extremely high, not to mention the financial costs. Developing a proper webshop with custom solutions can take several months, even for a small development team. It requires separate infrastructure, testing, and security solutions, making the total cost several million forints, and even then, it may still fall short in some areas compared to a packaged solution.

Therefore, when it comes to webshop development requests, I usually recommend the UNAS system, where a webshop can be operated for as little as a 25eur monthly fee. It offers an outstanding administrative interface, reliable and stable infrastructure, customizable design, and, unlike custom development, very low initial costs, with the possibility of launching within just a few weeks.

- In my opinion, this is currently the best product on the hungarian market in terms of value for money

That is easy to operate

I can assist with the setup and configuration. After registration, you can choose from various webshop templates that are mobile-friendly, and the design elements are customizable, allowing for the creation of a unique identity for UNAS webshops, within certain limits.

The cost of launching the webshop is 450 EUR, which includes:
  • Domain address sync
  • SSL certificate setup
  • E-mail sending automatization
  • Creating webshop branding design tailored to the business
  • Creating the framework for product categories
  • Setting up payment methods, including credit card payment integration
  • Setting up shipping methods
  • Basic training for uploading products and using the most important administrative functions

Logos

The first impression of the business

A logo is essential for a company, as it strengthens identification, memorability, and credibility. The logo is the face of a company, making the brand instantly recognizable in a crowd. A well-designed logo helps differentiate the business from its competitors and makes it memorable for customers. Logos typically reflect values and uniqueness, contributing to the establishment of brand identity. A strong logo reinforces the company's credibility and reliability in the eyes of customers. Additionally, logos also help enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, as they make products and services easily recognizable.

The logo is not just a graphic element, but the foundation of the company's branding.

Impressive advertising materials attract customers

Creating stunning graphics for advertising campaigns is essential for a company because they highlight products or services among competitors. Impressive images attract attention and generate interest in the specific product or service. The company can stand out from the sea of advertisements and effectively communicate its message to the target audience. Quality images increase customer trust, as they imply that the company offers high-quality products or services. When shared on social media or online platforms, such images achieve higher reach and sharing rates, increasing the number of potential customers.

I can assist in creating images for advertisements and in setting up Facebook ads.

Animations

It is well known that the eye is drawn to what moves

In today's fast-paced world, in the age of TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook ads, there is a significant need for quick, concise moving images that can convey our business message in just a few seconds.

I can assist with editing raw video footage, adding effects, captioning, and implementing animations and text into videos.

Of course, I can also create animated content for the developing website, although the general professional consensus is that no matter how visually appealing some moving images may be, they should be used sparingly and with great consideration. Therefore, I recommend incorporating animations only in minimal amounts.

Given that the length, complexity, and type of moving images can vary, I provide custom quotes based on the specific requirements

Bela Kiss

webdesigner

I am here to create.

I have been drawn to creating digital content for a long time. For years, I edited videos and images as a hobby, and even tried writing electronic music during my high school years. I practically dabbled in everything that required creativity. However, programming as a creative tool was completely absent from my life until a few years ago, when I decided to leave my previous monotonous job and learn this skill as well..
In terms of qualifications, I am a Frontend, Fullstack, and Multimedia developer, for which I hold a state certificate. Therefore, I create the necessary digital content for the websites I develop myself. In my previous job, I had to compose numerous official letters, so I can also assist my clients with copywriting for their websites.
With me, everything is truly in one hand, which is why the work I deliver has longer deadlines. However, I strive to provide the same consistent quality across all components of the project.

Developer portfolio

This was my first website, which I launched after completing my Frontend developer exam. The purpose of the site is to represent my current skills specifically related to programming. It was created in English, as I was applying to several foreign companies at that time, so I deemed it important to attach materials to my applications that would hold up on an international level.
I intentionally did not use the Bootstrap framework here either, in order to practice creating independent responsive solutions. The profile picture has an interesting frame, where part of the image is cut out as a frame, while on the other side, the highlighting color chosen is yellow. This way, a playful animation could fit between them, which somewhat captures the familiar atmosphere of the well-known Snake mobile game with its movement.

- When designing the mobile view, I left the menu items visible instead of using the usual dropdown menu, as there are only three. As a result, the portrait creates a strong impact, as the menu and the bottom icon row are unified beyond its own outline.

Disinfection service

This is a classic introductory page for a business based on providing a service.
The request was for the blue color to be dominant, for there not to be too much text, but for it to be concise, and to present the disinfection service and its application areas simply yet attractively
During the implementation, I aimed to work with strong contrasts that always capture the eye. An effect was added to the cards showcasing the advantages, so that when the mouse hovers over them, not only do we receive additional information, but the cards are positioned behind each other, providing a 3D effect. For added depth, I programmed the scrolling of the clouds and the globe differently, which brings the short and simple page to life.
The website made it to the first page of Google results for the search term 'ozone cleaning' within six months. Moreover, it holds the first position in Google results for the keywords 'ozone cleaning Székesfehérvár' and 'ozone cleaning Fejér megye', which perfectly demonstrates that even a simple website can achieve a prominent position in various industries without paid advertisements, if it is properly optimized for search engines.

Personal and online trainer

Tündi already had a WordPress site, which I reimagined according to my own taste, ensuring that I aligned with the highlight color she uses for her social media content. I cropped the professional photos she provided and created a logo, as well as custom backgrounds for the content, using various icons to add color.
I aimed to make the site extremely fast and dynamic, incorporating several animated scrolling effects between the sections. The longer text sections were given a blog section, while on the homepage, I tried to segment every larger text block and make it easy to consume. Additionally, an E-book sales option was implemented, which connects the website with the well-known Stripe payment system. Customers can purchase with their credit cards and gain immediate access to the paid content thereafter.
The contact form, which forwards messages to the email address, received some flair by being combined with the background image. I set up an email API for sending messages, which runs on Google Firebase's cloud, providing adequate protection for secure use.

Australian polishing factory

I was given complete freedom to create the website for a metalworking and polishing factory operating in Melbourne, Australia, for over 25 years. I tried to enhance the homepage with automated slides, prioritizing silvery and gray tones for the colors, while using a fiery orange-yellow to symbolize flames and military green to represent the industrial character as the accent colors.
The website itself is a classic one-pager, complemented by a browsable, animated gallery that I programmed myself. I aimed to maintain simplicity and clarity. In addition to organizing the services, partners were included, along with a Google Map and a brief company introduction with a fixed background.

- Currently, this page is not officially live on the web because I am waiting for high-quality images for the gallery and information for the company description from the owner. However, it is already functional and can be viewed.
